In english
The work consists of several small sculptures that
can be found from the shores of three different islands:
In the small lagoon beach in the North top of Örö, Korppooström area in Korppoo
and in Sandvik beach in Kökar.
The sculptures are inspired by shapes of corals and seeds and they be see like golden sea seeds washed to the shores of the islands,
depicting new ideas, dreams and possibilities, like utopias.
They can also represent something that ones were,
like treasures, fragments of lost paradise or sunken Atlantis.
Work is part of the project called Between islands, hosted by Aark, Öres and Kökar residency:
